Louis Vierne: "Naïdes"

Louis Vierne depicts bubbling, playful water nymphs in his charming "Naïdes." Published in 1927, the work is from his "24 Fantasy Pieces."

This performance was from a virtual mini-festival celebrating the 150th anniversary of Vierne's birth, organized and performed by Christopher Houlihan on October 8, 2020. This concert was recorded at Trinity College Chapel, and features the college's 1971 Austin Organs, Inc.
